Neck

Place the tape around the base of your neck, keeping it level and comfortable without pulling tightly.

Chest / Bust

Measure around the fullest part of the chest or bust. Keep the tape level and relaxed.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline. Keep the tape comfortable and avoid pulling it tightly.

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and glutes while standing naturally.

Biceps

Measure around the fullest part of the upper arm while keeping the arm relaxed.

Thigh

Measure around the fullest part of the thigh while standing naturally.
